And now, Dia El Sayed, who worked with Elneny for Egypt’s Under-20s and the senior side, claims on Twitter that the midfielder is having a medical with the Gunners. Goal has also spoken to El Sayed to confirm the validity of his Twitter account and the veracity of his claims.
